One of the best customer experiences I've ever had. My car had some minor cosmetic damage. Victor responded to my request for a quote quickly, and I was able to bring my car in for inspection in a short amount of time thanks to how responsive and accommodating he was. Pretty much all of the damage was able to be taken off just by buffing it, which Victor graciously did on the house. He patiently gave me a clear explanation of all the steps needed if I wanted to address some more issues, how long it would take, and a great quote. I'm really, really grateful for his kindness, professionalism, and knowledge. It's clear he cares a great deal about his customers and doing the best work. Would highly recommend to everyone. Absolutely outstanding in every way - customer service both in person phone and email, dealing with insurance, quality of work and turnaround time. So glad I went with CG&E Body rather than my ins co's recommended shop or the other place where too many cooks spoil the soup.

My front side panel by my passenger door was damaged by a pedestrian, so I came to CG&E based on their reviews. They were understanding, responsive, and super professional.
