Foreign Auto Tech

My sons GTI all of a sudden would not stay running. I read a bunch of reviews and then had his car towed to “Foreign Auto Tech”. They are correct Yasser and his guys are honest and do a good job. Although the tech forgot to investigate an engine oil leak as well as fix the staying running issue Yasser said just bring it back and they will id the oil leak. I will be back with my other cars. This place may have been good at one time, but we had the worst experience. Brought in a vehicle to have the AC serviced, they claim they charged it and was working fine. We picked it up and it was blowing hot air. The owner was unapologetic, and says bring it back next week. We did at 8am, wasn't even looked at at 1030am. They claimed they drive it around the building and was working fine. They never tested it thoroughly then admitted they had no idea what the problem was. We got our money refunded and will be going to Audi to fix what they couldn't. The office staff was nice and apologetic but unfortunately the owner couldn't care less. Will never bring a vehicle here again. UPDATE: Audi dealer stated that the vehicle was overcharged with freon throwing a code and preventing the AC from turning on. If a service center can't recharge an AC system correctly or read codes there's no way they can be trusted.

Yesir (I hope I spelled his name correct) is amazing. He is always willing to help and explains everything clearly. Everyone is friendly and professional.
