Fix Auto Redlands

My experience at this business was not very pleasant. After I had given them my $500 dollar deductible they said they could start ordering the parts for my repairs. They called about 2 1/2 weeks later letting me know my Tesla was ready to be picked up and to call to make an appointment to pick it up but they said that before I could pick it up, I had to pay the deductible. I told them I had already paid and I even checked my credit card statement to show the Charge and even with that proof, they insisted that I give them more proof, and when I finally was able to locate the receipt, they said they would take care of the error. When I called to make an appointment to pick my car up the following day, they told me that. I could not pick it up in the morning because they were in meetings and that I couldn’t pick it up during lunch because they had lunch from 12 to 130. I was unable to pick it up after 130 so I asked if maybe they could come out of their meeting and meet me at 11:30 to

Brian was awesome! He kept me informed periodically on the status of my car during the repairs. I would’ve given them 5 stars but I wasn’t to thrilled about the detail job that I paid for. The inside was still messy and the wax job could’ve been a little better. Service: Body & Trim

I am very satisfied with the repairs and service provided by Fix Auto of Redlands. Each individual I talked to was friendly and informative about the whole process. I was pleasantly surprised that the repairs were comple e. Fix Auto did a beautiful job and I highly recommend them if collision repairs are needed.
