Awesome customer service. I’ve been taking my car to that location for 2 years now and will continue. Wait time for a oil change was not long.

When it comes to recognized country wide auto shops Firestone is one of the better honest. Reasonable prices, honest and reliable. They won’t try to charge you an arm and a leg, and they are not going to try and upsell you something you don’t need.

TLDR - Utterly disappointed experience. Totally unprofessional. Part 1 - I had dropped my car off on Tuesday for a check up and the rep called me an hour later and said they diagnosed something wrong with the axle and it had to be replaced. They went ahead and replaced it and I took my car back that afternoon. On Saturday afternoon, while on the freeway, my car stopped responding to the acceleration all of a sudden. Luckily I was able to get to the right side shoulder. Gave Firestone a call and they said if I could get my vehicle towed to their shop, they could fix it. Got there by 5:30 pm and dropped it off. Part 2 - gave them a call next day at 12pm and then again at 3pm to check on the status of my car. Both times they told me they will give me a call when the vehicle is ready. Called again at 4:45pm they hung up on me. Called back at 5:15pm they told me the vehicle is ready and should be picked up by 5:30pm cause they were about to close.
