They did an amazing job in that when they did the oil change, they also saw that fluid was coming out of the transmission from a loose bolt, a result of a prior oil change at another shop. They showed me the bolt with metal shavings around it.
I've been doing what I can to come here as a regular, I've always had a positive experience. I was a regular at a different shop where I met my mechanic. He ended up coming here and he's still just as friendly, understanding, and caring. They'll do what they can to work with you for costly repairs, and focus on the most important issue first, then work on the lesser pressing problems on return visits. They won't sell you on "Everything's broken, fix it now" where you'll have to open a HELOC to cover the costs like actual repair chains. I Highly recommend E&A
