Don’t listen to all the 5 star reviews this place is a joke. I called in on a Monday wanting to bring my 2006 bmw 330i for them to inspect a coolant leak and a random no start issue. I was told to bring it in on Tuesday at 8 am. I dropped it off and was told I would have an update in a couple hours. Texted them at noon and find out we should have an update by the end of the day. End of day comes car is still sitting in the same spot where I dropped it off. I went in asked for my key. Drove home and Ubered back to pick up my car. Complete waste of time shouldve never trusted this shop. Don’t tell a customer to bring a car at 8 am if guys are to busy to look at it have some common courtesy and maybe care about your customers time. The owners wife apologies and said sorry we have a lot of customers and not enough techs. Do you not know how to properly manage a shop? If you’re too busy you explain to your customer that you are too busy and don’t have time to look at the car. Now you lost

Cisco's Benz and Beemers auto repair is the most reliable and honest auto repair company I've ever been to. I knew exactly what Cisco was going to do. He took time to explain to me the different options I had for a mini Cooper. I was having a high flow fuel problems. Cisco did all the diagnostics on the mini. Cisco made the repaired the problem and fixed. In addition the mini was having light issue. Cisco also found the problem and repaired the light issue I was having for several months. I dropped my car off on a Monday he didn't get back to me on my car 4 days later Gave me a ridiculous price and charge 300 dollars at looking at it He's not a honest shop don't go there
