Folsom Japanese Auto Repair

I previously worked down in this area and passed by this company many times. My wife has a 04 Lexus RX330 and it had been leaking oil for some time. Based on great reviews, I decided to try Folsom Japanese auto repair. Loc was as advertised. He provided a clear and thorough assessment of the problem and suggested a multi-step plan of attack. Fortunately for us, step 1 fixed the oil leak and appears to have resolved our major problem. Loc was very professional and thorough in his assessment and recommendation. I felt I got a very fair deal and it appears the oil leak has been fixed. I do not feel in any way that any unnecessary work was ever discussed. Thank you Loc!

Good work but I used wrong credit card and it was closing in 15 mins. I lived less than one mile away and he would not give a lift to get my other card. I had to start screaming to get a lift. He said take an uber and it was Friday. He would have been closed and have to wait till Monday for my vehicle. After more screaming, his mechanic gave me a ride. While his mechanic does reputable work, the owner, Loc, has zero compassion. I know it's business, just don't expect friendly service.

Professional, honest, and fast. Loc always has the cars done on time and does a great job. Best automotive technicians for Japanese vehicles!
