Discount Tire

Needed a flat fixed couple days ago, and the tire need to be replaced. They ordered new tire under road hazard warranty. When new tire came, I want to get it done asap. The rep said no open slot for another week. I told him I had appointment for initial visit and should not be required to have a new one for the follow up visit for the new tire installation. The rep said "it's not our fault we do not have the tire". I replied it's not my fault either". The tire I needed was on their webpage as a regularly advertised item. He said to come in the morning before 7:30 AM so they can check me in for shorter wait. The posted hours show 8AM open. Came to the store at 7:25 AM. 4 red shirts showed up around 7:35, stood around yapping with each other inside. More people came for service. We all waited outside while those 4 people inside stood and did nothing. They could have started write up work orders for those of us outside. They showed no concern to customers. Just let them wait. DO NOT COME HERE, it is the worst location I been. Bought an expensive tire and within couple months a bubble showed up in the side, I called in and one of the gentleman said we will get that replaced for you as it is in the warranty but I have to order it and will come tomorrow, the next day they called me and went and the surprise was that I have to pay for the tire where the manufacturer company says it is replaceable for free, as I was traveling and the tire in bad state and can be exploding any time I have to change it with them. I will say it again please don’t come here.

Staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. I get nails all the time in my tires and they always repair them for free! I get my tires there as well just because they are so helpful. Prices are good and the quoted time is always right on.
