Walmart Auto Care Centers

Just went in to get some supplies before vacation. We always shop at our Walmart before heading home. Because we live in the country an hour or so away. Best to get our supplies before heading home.

I called last Thursday and this Tuesday to see if my tires were in stock. I dropped off my car Wednesday morning at 8:00 or so. I left at 8:30, the gentlemen said it would take about 2 hours. There were 3 cars in front of me. I called at 10:30, 11 and finally got a ride back at 11:30. Right as I was leaving to retrieve my car, a gentleman did call me and tell me that my tires were not in stock. 3 hours after I dropped it off. I called the Walmart in Visalia who told me to have the guy there order my tires. He said he was locked out and couldn't do it. I had to go to a regular register to pay, and then realized they had still charged me for items beyond an oil change. I had to wait until another employee could clock in to fix it. Finally by 12, I got to leave. I don't know what was going on, but this is not OK service. I was one of five people with a similar situation. I could had changed my oil in 30 minutes. Poor management, and poor time management.

Working hard or hardly working??? Went in for an oil change and ended up having to buy a $500+ under shield because they don’t know how to screw bolts in properly. Ridiculous and very unprofessional. (This is not my car but you can already tell how much they care about their customers)
