I have been bringing my vehicle to Ray for over 12 years... ALWAYS professional, ALWAYS straight forward, ALWAYS fair, ALWAYS trustworthy and ALWAYS done with integrity. Yes .. they are the BEST.
I took my car to Ray to get it smogged, after i left I had to take it back to replace the Radiator bleeder screw then a few days later he had to replace the upper radiator hose and thermostat that was $380 a wk later had to replace the Radiator and hoses another $838. I just had the radiator and heater hoses replaced again and it has only been 6 months since Ray supposedly put a new one in. Plus i replaced the the expansion (overflow) tank. I will never take a vehicle bk to alpine autohaus.
So far so good. Dropped my baby off yesterday. Carlos got me in quick and had the problem diagnosed b4 the close of business. *Will update this review when the work is done.
