This trip was for an older 1985 5 speed rotary engine car. As usual, Timmons treats my car with care, I won't take it to anyone else! Our jeep and RV love the care they get as well. The service starts with the front desk-writing up what is wrong or what needs to be done. They work their magic and out comes a drivable safe vehicle and a happy driver! I had a turbo installed there in 2021 and took my truck to another shop to fix something unrelated. The new shop found some issues with the turbo and told me about it. I called Timmons and they were very quick to respond and help me get the warranty information and they made sure to follow up Thank you Dave Timmons

Super cool, went extra mile for me & my raggedy old truck, and also they're the ONLY people who'll work on older (1982) diesel engines and have a tall enough bay door (14ft) to take you in. Edit: I just used them for a second time. They did a bunch of stuff that was necessary & I had to leave my truck for a little while. As always, they were extremely communicative, honest, & up front about what these things were going to cost, how long they would take, and what the process is. I never felt over-sold or pressured to do things that I didn't want or couldn't afford. Al that, plus the constant communication & friendliness (shout out to Rodney!! The BEST!) made me feel welcome & trusting. Plus, I drive around the country a lot so their nationwide guarantee is really a significant selling point for me.
