Stevie was top notch! You definitely have an all star with this shop. She explained everything to me, walked me through the prices and I’ve never been more pleased to spend $1200 with this shop and will only come back if Stevie is there. I’ve got lots of potential clients I’ll be sending that way! Stevie exemplifies to term “shop manager”…she has full control of the front office/customer area on top of the actual shop located behind her. She went above and beyond for me. Not reliable!!! I had an appointment at 9:30am. They said they were gonna call me with the estimate amount and time within 1 hour. I called them at 11:30 they put me on hold for 10 minutes! I ended up going back to the shop at 12pm they still haven’t touched the car yet. I don’t have time for not reliable company! They look cheaper but it will cost your time! Time is money!!

I took my car in Jun 3 around 1-3pm. I came in for a weird sound my car is making. I was trying to get my car to make the sound but couldn't. Two guys said they could hear a sound and they knew exactly what it was. I was confused because I couldn't hear anything coming from my car but thought maybe it was the loud music in the shop that was making it difficult for me. I asked them what they heard and they said "it's the muffler." Still confused but I figured they knew what they were doing. They took my car and told me to come back in 15 mins. I came back and the guy and the desk said there was no paperwork. So I thanked him and left. I still have the issue nothing changed. They took my car in and pretended to fix it. I don't understand why they interrupted me while I was driving in the parking lot trying to get the sound to appear as if they knew what I was talking about when they clearly didn't. This was a weird experience. Everyone's time was wasted and I have no idea what they were
