Jack and his crew Corrie and Jr. at Meineke are some of the best in the bussiness. I really lucked out stoping into their shop! I had gotten to a point with my bus where I couldn't fix it or figure it out. Somthing was going on with my 1971 VW Bus I needed the help of a professional mechanic . I took a chance and walked into Meineke & Lube and Tune. They were able to diagnosed the problem explained a course of action and quoted me a price. I feel they were efficient, trustworthy, friendly, competent and fair. They completed the work when they say they would and stayed with the estimate I had been given (within a few dollars). I have had my bus back a couple weeks now and I couldn't be more pleased. My car runs better then its ever has. Jack promised me I would not have to worry about my bus starting and he was right. Thank You again to Jack and the team at Meineke in old town Placentia . This is where im going when anything needs done with my bus!

My name is Miguel. I went to get my rear breaks and pads replaced about a week ago. The service was fast and friendly. I don't have experience with too many mechanics, but I really enjoy their services. They inspected my car and gave a link where I could see pictures of the things that need to be fixed. The link also had explanations on why they need to be fixed and links to videos on the importance of fixing it. Also, they cleaned my headlight for free. I've been here a couple of times already, and I enjoy their work. I have never made an appointment, I usually do walk-ins, and they help me out on the spot.

Manager Jack was so kind on the phone and in store. He was very transparent about what was happening to the car and how their service was. I appreciate the explanation!
