This dude is crazy...thinks he owns all the parking on the street. If he catches you parking in front of Napa and not going into the store, he'll come out and tell you to mive or put a note on your window that looks like a parking ticket. Got news for you buddy, there's other businesses on that street!
It is great finding staff working to help customers.
