Big O Tires

Once I got home and looked over my bill I was disgusted. Feeling I should report them. I have always trusted BigO no matter where I lived. I got charged for 6 spark plugs $43 a piece ($258.00 for 6 spark plus). I am almost 60 yrs old, been a BigO Customer since I was 16. I was charged for ignition oils 6 x $90 when all 6 should have been $90. This is no way to treat a loyal customer or anyone for that matter. Please look over closely cost of parts and services before you pay.

UNBELIEVABLE! I do transporting of various products and was in Pittsburgh to pick up a unit. It was Sunday evening and I discovered one of the brake pads on my truck had completely come lose from the backing plate and trashed my caliber. As I am from out of state I had no idea who I might find to take care of this. I checked into a nearby hotel knowing I would have to figure it out in the morning. I found this Big O store on line and noticed they were close to the hotel. I called and explained my problem and the gentleman told me to come in right away and they would look it over. Upon pulling into their parking lot I was greeted at my truck and told to give them an hour or so and he would let me know what was going on. I was called quicker than I expected and given a couple options on what they could do. They gave me a quote to do what was necessary to allow me to get back to AZ safely as well as a quote to do additional things that I might want to do but we’re not a safety concern. Mo

Two new tires & alignment put my old vehicle in a safe running condition again.Thanks to that technician ( i forgot his name) & Leo who took the work order that day.They're very professionals in their trade & well organized.Always agree on having at least two new front ( or at least existing tires with good tthreads)tires before alignment begins for maximum alignment straightness.
