I went in today to get a headlight replaced and the prices are very good. I called around and they were about $70-80 under the asking price for other places in the area!! But what really set it aside for me was the over all atmosphere and the customer service!!! Right off the bat when the receptionist answered the phone she was so nice and answered all my questions as best she could with out looking at the car, mind you I had called around to other places and got a few rude people, so she was a breath of fresh air. Even once they got started on my car she was so nice and made sure I was comfortable and even the mechanic was so friendly and took the time to explain to me what they were gonna do. I had other things wrong and he took the time to do an estimate and actually tell me how it worked. It was such a nice place with great customer service! I definitely recommend. We have 3 cars in our home and I hope we don’t need them fixed anytime soon lol but if we do I definitely want to tak

This business gets the gold star! From the initial call to inquire on brakes to the entire process of fitting me in, and completing the work, the staff at Pulidos was exemplary. They were courteous, helpful, thorough with great follow up and communication about my vehicle and the service. They bent over backwards to accommodate me with drop off and pickup service also!
