Having my car serviced at service, King Pasadena was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in vehicle servicing. I was rear ended and had my car at service king for over a month in order to get parts and repairs. On the day they told me my car was ready, I showed up to get my car, and they informed me that there was a “small mark” on my car that needed to be cleaned up before they could give it to me (which sounds like they accidentally scratched my car while it was sitting in their shop). When finally getting my car back, I realized when getting home that my rear end camera was completely disconnected. I called to get this fixed immediately, but I was informed that they would need a special electrician to come out to the shop and calibrate the camera. After waiting three days for schedules to align so I could bring my car in, I was informed that a technician showed up to fix my rear end camera, but had forgotten a tool, so they would need to hold my car for one more whole day.
