I hit a pot hole in DTLA and it broke the oil cooler return line. I took it in on a Thursday around 2pm and it was fixed on Friday at 12 less than 24hrs. I must say that David went above and beyond to fix my car in less than 24 hrs, WOW and I didn't expect to get my car back for at least two weeks!!! Oh that's not even the best part y'all!!!. What took the win/ icing on the cake is that David threw in a few extra perks as a thank you for my business!! I will never take my BMW to any other Professional! THANK YOU DAVID! MY HERO! David is great at his job. Never overcharges. Often not performing some requested work due to untimely maintenance schedules on my BMW. Like; oil has 3K miles left so he says to wait. Ok. Always friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. I've brought my German cars here now for 6+ years. And I still need to call him to check the cars status. Ok. ????
