Firestone Complete Auto Care

I had requested a quote on new brakes. They quoted me about 1,200 total for new brakes and rotors. Went to another shop and it turns out I only needed two not the entire set. My partner also had his car checked for an inspection requested from one of his jobs and suddenly his car has a battery problem after the visit at Firestone. Previously had decent experiences but probably never going back again.

Incredibly accommodating!!! Had to replace a tire which they needed it to order. I was traveling the same day so needed it ASAP. They were able to get the new tire in a a couple of hours and I installed quickly. Price is also reasonable. Will definitely come back for future tire needs. Service: Tires

Great guys. I was riding by on my electric unicycle and the battery just shot way down (must have been the cold weather). Anyway, I stopped in and asked if they would mind if I plugged in to get a bit of a charge. They said "no problem. There's a plug in the lounge or there's one back here". That's service. I just know they'd exhibit the same level of customer care if I was having my car worked on. Nice guys, thank you.
