Yes you do deserve a 5 star review. Every experience I have had with Crown City Tire & auto repair has been a 5 star one. Front office employees are friendly and helpful. The woman who assisted me had amazing customer service skills. Very natural while being over the top helpful. I asked my uncle to pick up the vehicle for me and without me saying anything he mentioned how she must have a PhD in customer service :-) Give that woman a raise! I don't remember her name but she had moved to the area not too long ago, was young, and African American.

This is the best garage I have ever had the pleasure of bringing my car to. Not only are the staff polite and helpful, they really know what they're talking about. On top of that, I trust them to not scam me. When I brought in my car to get a diagnostic, they were incredibly thorough and noticed a number of things on their way out, but that wouldn't need to be replaced immediately. I don't know much about cars, and they helped me understand what each thing meant and how imminent the problem was. When I decided to get my engine air filter replaced, they quoted me the accurate price for what the filter would cost. When I brought my car back in to get it done, the price had since dropped, and they not only told me that, but changed the amount they would charge me to reflect the lower price. I'm very happy with bringing my car in here and will continue to do so as long as I live in Pasadena.
