Tire Experts Who Listen! The front office staff (Leo) at this tire shop is incredibly knowledgeable about tires. They take the time to explain the advantages and disadvantages of different tires, and they actively listen to your concerns to recommend the correct tires for your driving style. Making appointments is easy, and the shop is not as busy as some of the other locations, so you can get in and out quickly. I highly recommend this shop for all of your tire needs and other car maintenance needs.

This review is for the Foothill location in Pasadena. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Marvin for not only his professionalness but also his genuine concern for my situation. I had my Prius towed to this location. Marvin had the team diagnose it. Since the car was dead, I had to figure out what to do. They were so gracious with me for the next few days. Since tampering with the battery would void my warranty, they couldn't do much. Leo was also really kind and helpful. After finally figuring out that my problem could only be resolved at the dealership, I finally was able to pick it up, and they waived the diagnostic fee! Who does that? Not only that, but Marvin asked me to give him a call when we finally figured out what was wrong with it. These guys really care about your car and about you personally.
