I was referred to Certified Auto from a friend. I would drive to the Valley for auto work, because the guy in the Valley was honest an fair. I now have a honest and fare mechanic in Pasadena. They fix what I came in to get fixed. Not like the major chains, where they try to Upsale you!

I've been coming to Allen's and Edwin's shop for over 20 years, with over a dozen major repairs, one a complete engine replacement, and they are superb! They are both very nice guys, and the work is always done right, or they fix it for free with no arguments. They are very honest, and don't recommend unnecessary repairs. They've kept my Ford E-150 van working well since 2002, now 21 years! They are very popular, though, and you may need to wait an extra couple of hours for your work to get done when they're busy, but it's worth it.
