We are very impressed by Caliber on Colorado in Pasadena. Our new Honda CRV was in a sideswipe accident and we couldn’t even open the passenger-side door. Christopher helped us out and explained what they would do and to expect a week and a half. But three-days later our car was ready! And it is beautiful. No one would know it was in an accident. My car was parked on Walnut Street in Pasadena, and when I came back to it, someone had knocked off my left side mirror and, of course, didn't leave a note. Caliber did a great job in replacing the mirror in a very short time. They completed it in less than a day and a half. And my car was returned spotless. Then, less than two weeks later, while at a gas station I scraped the right side of the car on one of the posts. So I took it back to Caliber. The general manager, Nahum Martinez was so kind and helping me to get my car fixed at an extremely extreme reduced rate. I remember when this location was Holmes body shop back in the day. It's been Caliber Collision for many years now. We have bought our car here many times over the last 25 years. These recent events in how they have fixed our cars is the reason we keep coming back to them. They come highly recommended by me. Service: Body & Trim
We had a bit of tire land on our hood while driving on the freeway. The dings weren't too bad, but we needed to get them fixed. The Pasadena team at Caliber Collision was fantastic and easy to work with. The hood looks like it did when we bought it 10 years ago (if not better). You can't even tell it was redone and repainted. I forgot how nice it could look! They finished the job early, were friendly to work with, we were kept informed throughout the process, and they made working with our insurance company a breeze.
