I only gave 5*s because they didn't have 10. I'm a picky person & want my $$'s worth. Albert... You've got a lifetime customer. My 4Runner has never run this good since I've owned it. Everything was reasonably priced, Including the Labor. And Albert & George were very informative on diagnosis & what they did re: repairs, and fixed a gas door that I'd been wrestling w for 2yrs. Diana...Very professional & helpful with the billing and Contract. And the Nicest person. I will be referring my Friends & Family to ARC AUTO REPAIR CENTER.
Albert is a great mechanic and is fair about price.
Friendly and did not try to upsell me. Had a quick fix I needed that 3 other shops refused to do without replacing the entire part, ARC fixed it in 15 minutes.
