They were very fair and professional. My daughter had a minor hit and run accident and was very upset. They made fixing the damage a breeze. Great quality and very reasonable and fair price. Thought customer service was dead in America, until I came here. Not joking, not exaggerating; no one wants to be in a situation in which they need to visit an auto body shop, but after my experience with Alliance, I secretly hope I get into another fender bender so I have an excuse to visit them again. Literally the best customer service I have ever seen in my 35 years of life. Kept me posted with pics/texts the whole time, buffed out some minor dings unrelated to original damage, and a car wash. I'm singing their praises!
Got my trunk repainted to cover a long scratch. Quote was fair. Staff is friendly. Took a couple days longer than originally estimated but car looks great and the paint color matches well!
