Heads up! They charged me 15,000 for a new engine on a Honda Element, when the average cost is around 6,000, including labor. Forgive me, I was young at the time. I didn't know that I was taken advantage of. Please, be careful doing business with them.
I've been coming here for years with (previously) my Honda CR-V and (now) my Mazda CX-5. The guys are always professional, and I appreciate their friendly attitude and helpfulness. I trust them to give me their honest opinion on my vehicle and a fair appraisal for the work. I don't wait too long for service, and they provide accurate timelines for when it will be completed. Took my 2011 Nissan Frontier (98k miles) in for repairs: Brake master cylinder replaced, shocks replaced, front brake pads replaced, rotors deglazed. Spoke with Tim who was super professional. He expressed great knowledge of the issue and the necessary parts for repair, gave a clear breakdown of what needed to be done and at what price. My truck was finished at the exact time he said it was to be finished and I've had no problems since. A huge thanks to the team performing the repairs.
