I was referred to Xclusive Auto Collision by the AAA tow trucker. This was my first time in a car accident so I didn’t know what to do since the accident occurred at 6PM. So I went with the trucker’s advice and took my vehicle to Xclusive since I was able to tow my vehicle to them around 8PM.they were quick and responsive.

Very good experience people are very professional helpful never experience customer service this good in my life. They arrange tow for my vehicle, made this situation less stressful. I was a victim of the tornado and I had so much to do that all I did was had over claim number and they took care of everything. Joanna set up rental to be dropped off at shop and they even got me an Uber to pick up rental at no cost to me. Maria and Marisol set up inspection and made the release as smooth as possible. Shop even got them let me keep rental for 3 weeks. Will definitely be referring everyone here and fingers crossed I don’t have to use them again but will come back.
