Sadly, I am a multiple repeat customer. Sadly because it sucks to need their services, but I’ve very much appreciated their services, client relations etc. They are fair, competent, and great doing business with.
Pretty sure no one is thrilled when they need to go to a body shop, but Mathews Carlsen delivers a thrilling outcome. Not only is their technical work top notch, they are friendly, clear with pricing and estimates, can get you in to get work done quickly, and the surprise bonus on top?? They detailed the inside of my car and helped buff out some scratches unrelated to the damage the car was brought in for. I rarely post reviews - but truly, they deserve all the stars.
