Fernando and his employees at pay lower auto have been phenomena to me and my family.
WORST SERVICE IN THE ANTELOPE VALLEY! Recently went to Pay Lower Car Care Center with our Ford Expedition, initially they were polite, professional and appeared to be hard-working honest mechanics. That was for our first visit… I ended up getting brake pads replaced for a reasonable fair price and it ran great for the first day. The following day it began to click and make a grinding sound, went back explained they looked again no cost, great! Same thing occurred the following day, and ironically the motor for the drivers window stopped working as well. Returned asked Fernando to look at the wheel again, only to have the wheel looked by a now different mechanic, the new mechanic was able to fix the matter once in for all while Fernando worked on the Window, after about 4 hours the Ford was fixed, upon inspecting the window I had realized the interior Vinyl and Door frame wasn't fully repositioned, I decided it was minimal and reasonable to just let the matter go. Awful i dont know why i continue to patronize this place. The guys are rude and talk to you like your stupid. Because your a woman you can't possibly know wth your talking about. These guys had my car for hours sitting no work was done. Even after making an "appointment" i had got my parts everything in advance for them. Yet nothing was done i was inconvenienced, spoken to rudely and hung up on when questioned why work hadn't been done yet. He told me bring it back another day after i take the day off already! Rude
