Fix Auto Palmdale

Fix Auto did an amazing job fixing my EV6. When I picked it up it was like I was bringing it home from the dealer when it was brand new, the entire car was detailed and the repairs were perfect. They treated me like family. The entire staff was friendly and helpful though out the whole process. A+ service!

When I took my vehicle to this shop everything started off really good. The receptionist Alicia was very helpful and great at her job. My car took 40 days to repair and David kept reassuring me they were almost done. When I saw that the color wasn’t a true match, David was very positive and reassuring saying it wasn’t a big deal and he would take care of it. He made sure I was comfortable and was able to get the paint fixed within a day and get my car back to me. David was very compassionate and honest and truthful and it was a pleasure dealing with him. I don’t want to focus on the negative. I would definitely recommend using this shop and just be clear on what you need and your expectations. Good customer service is so vital to a business. I am so glad I was able to do service with DAVID. I got my car back this past Friday and my car feels new like nothing was ever wrong with it in the first place. Everything they did came with a lifetime warranty and I hope I never have to take it i
