Carols was extremely rude!! I called to set up an appointment to get my car inspected for a repair quote and he was upset that I couldn’t come at the times he wanted me to. Im busy, the car accident I was involved in was not my fault and I can’t come in at such a short notice. He was talking to me like I was such an inconvenience and raised his voice at me. Learn how to have better customer service, Carlos. The way you were talking to me was extremely rude and uncalled for.

Let me start by saying I don't give bad reviews just out of my own satisfaction. I'm a business owner my self and would hate an unsatisfied customer. Had my Volkswagen golf repaired here for a minor collision throw my insurance. First they took too long to even get my car started, I understand parts took a while, ok, but then they rushed the job and finished last minute and they struggled to put it together right. At the end they damaged my front headlight,which they paid for, and also damaged my door panel trim, which they also had to replace. Also color came out way to different so they had to re paint again. After I picked it up for a second time they sort of matched the color but still not right but I'm done with that. Upon inspecting the car I found multiple issues again. My headlight wiring was damaged and just taped together, lost the headlight cap and instead of replacing it they just put electrical tape to cover it. Then my whole car was over sprayed and they burned the
