Took my 2011 BMW E90 to the Dealership in Valencia, & they gave me list of things that my car “needed”. Total came out to $11,000 of service expenses. (Not a single light was turned on my dash). I knew my car was low on Transmission fluid since it wouldn’t shift on time & I told the dealership that. They said both my engine and transmission had leaks therefore, they couldn’t “add” fluid. They also were trying to charge me $3,000 alone to fix my windshield. So, I made an appointment at this mechanic shop and they left me speechless! Jose is such a professional, kind, mechanic who made the process smooth & enjoyable! He changed my transmission fluid, engine oil, & recommended the engine belt to be replaced at a great price since mines was ripping. He also fixed my exhaust bracket when the dealer said I needed to replace it for $225. I will definitely stay loyal to this place from here on out since they have great customer service and the best prices! My car runs better than new! Services

Brought a mini cooper here a few months ago and they replaced the anti-theft immobilizer unit. Car was "fixed" drove the car away and didn't even make it home before it broke down again. Towed the car back to the shop and they ran a diagnostic, looked the car over and the shop claimed the engine was seized and needed a new engine. That was total B.S. and they have no idea what theyre talking about. Car is now up and running...all it needed was a starter and a new clutch. Would never bring my cars here again. It sucks that we were referred here by someone too.
