Ben Clymer’s The Body Shop

Was never contacted back after trying to get a response multiple times, I contacted Keith last Monday about getting our bumper fixed after a collision, Keith asked that I send pictures and Vin info over to his email, after waiting a few days for a response I called back to see if my email went through, they stated “oh we have it right here, give us 15 minutes to respond with a quote”. That was several days ago, still have not heard anything. I’ve since moved on and found another shop, disappointed because my mom went here a few years back and her experience was wonderful which is why I chose them for our repair. Giving 2 stars because at least everyone I spoke with was polite.

They did a great job on my car, paint looks great and had the car done in just a couple days, and that Keith is pretty hot too!

I can’t say enough great things about Keith and the rest of the staff there a Ben Clymer’s. They are very professional, and always answered my questions when I had one. I knew going into this that getting my Tesla model S fixed would take a while just based on how slow Tesla is at sending parts out. I think the amount of time that I waited was both reasonable and acceptable. I typically do not leave reviews, however, not only does my car look brand new now, all of the parts actually align tighter and better than when the car was new from the Tesla factory itself. Great place!!
