I called Pronto because there was a terrible rattle under my car. Another shop had told me that my exhaust was loose. Lee got me in right away. Within minutes he found and removed two small stones that were causing the sound. Problem solved. No charge. I would recommend Pronto based on honest, efficient, and courteous service. Thanks, Lee.
