I went to get maintenance done to my car and my car ran worst then when I dropped it off. I feel taken advantage of. Please ???? be careful with this auto place. They are not so trust worthy in my opinion ???? Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto maintenance

Went to this shop back in 2020 to have a few jobs done. Valve cover gasket, as well as a water pump. 2 years later, and just this week my water pump completely busted as well as my belt being installed incorrectly resulting in it completely snapping and damaging some pulleys. On top of that, they gave me a surprise bonus charge of $70 on top of the original quote because the oil needed to be refilled after the valve cover gasket. A real cheap shot to get more money, despite any mechanic knowing right away that oil would need to be refilled but they decided to leave it out of the estimate to make the price seem more competitive. Additionally, once I left the shop, the car was completely out of alignment. They did fix it for me so I'll give them that. Either low quality parts, or low quality service.
