George was fantastic. He took care of everything and made my claim and the entire process easy. He kept me informed and made sure everything was fixed and not overlooked. They washed my car upon return which was a nice surprise. I highly recommend using them. Ask for George, he kept me informed during the process each step of the way, which helped ease a stressful situation. Thanks again Caliber and George. The front desk ladies were very nice. Caliber also arranged a ride home for me when I left my vehicle. They also took my vehicle with less than a hour notice. Very happy customer. ????

I took my vehicle to caliber collision because I saw they had really good ratings online, I believe 4.9 out of 5 stars. In the very beginning, I was surprised to actually be receiving really great customer service but the 2nd week into my vehicle getting fixed I did not receive any updates, communication. I had to chase them down to get any type of updates. So the second issue I received from them was that my car kept getting pushed out on the ready date because of parts and parts not being available. I understand but at the same time, that is why a company should always have a great line of communication with their vendors so when parts are needed the vendor can fulfill without a problem. The third issue, I noticed after I went to pick up my car was that the center wheel cap was missing. The worker clearly stated " I don't know where it's at" in front of me and my claim advisor. I look at him with like, what the hell. The 4th issue and this is something I noticed after getting my car
