I stopped by to get my breaks done as pep boy's told me that I needed front and back breaks, new tires and a alignment. I don't trust them so I came here for a second opinion. I didn't need breaks or tires. Johnathan said I needed to rotate the tires and that was it. Pep boys tried to screw me out of $1000. I left new era for under $50. They are extremely honest. Customer service is great also

After bouncing around to different mechanic shops for service on my car, I came across New Era Automotive on Yelp! I came to John with a laundry list of very expensive things the car dealer told me I NEEDED to get done on my car. John was friendly, knowledgeable and upfront about the True service my car NEEDED. He serviced the breaks on my car and gave me quotes, instructions and suggestions on the other things I needed. He was patient, genuine and most importantly he explained and answered every question I had honestly! His shop and service is refreshing since 99% of other similar businesses treat women differently when it comes to cars/car service. Since my first appointment I have returned for additional service on my car... and his service is consistant! I will be returning and have already recommended NEW ERA AUTOMOTIVE to others!
