Montclair Auto Body

These people held our vehicle hostage for 4 weeks! Gave us the runaround and blamed it on Covid.....3 years later...wth!

First and for most, I am fairly reasonable when it comes to time-frame as long as I am notified professionally. I brought my car in at Montclair Auto Body at July 6, 2021. They told me they are going to work repair/replace the suspension, clean driver & front passenger seats, fix/readjust the front bumper. Now, it's August 13, 2021 and I am still waiting for them to get my vehicle back. I am a full-time nursing student and I work on weekends; essentially,  I need my car everyday to get to school and work. I don't think they realize the importance or severity of my strong need of transportation or even genuinely care about anyone's (at least mine)  circumstances. I spoke to a gentleman a week ago, estimating that the vehicle will be ready by today (Friday), August 13, 2021.
