I've been to this place about three times the first time my husband and I didn't really like the customer service at this location because we didn't really feel welcomed but we had to go back the second time to finish a car. The main guy is just kind of serious straight face doesn't make small talk doesn't welcome you just comes off a little rude so we said we wouldn't be back. Wouldn't hurt to smile welcome people into your business. I decided to give them another try and this time I went by myself and it was pretty much the same process and same experience!! But smog service was fast because no one was there.

This review is mainly for for the female loves, but also for the males loves out there who are interested in an honest mechanic who really does have your interest at heart????,,,ladies, if you do not have a male who advises you on car stuff, go see Ramez love because even if he cannot repair a job, he refers you to other good, quality people and you leave NOT feeling like you have been taken advantaged of or ripped off for not knowing everything about car maintenance or repairs.
