Went in to get a quick estimate and they were very helpful. Seems like they have been around for a long time and definitely know what they are doing. Didn’t end up going with them but they were very nice and professional.

Julie and Bruce were incredible! Arrived and immediately greeted by Julie, the atmosphere is definitely friendly and welcoming! Bruce was the gentleman who quoted the repairs. Did go a bit over the days they were gonna keep it but we'll worth it. Went back to address some concerns I had with the car after. they immediately took a look at it and addressed my concerns in a timely manner! 30min later I left a very happy camper! FAMILY OWNED! HIGHLY RECOMMEND GIVING THEM A SHOT!

I was recommended by Ford to contact this business. I was excited to work with them and wanted to do business with this company. The woman that answered was very rude from the beginning when I was just trying to get a quote, and ask basic questions. When I asked for a manager due to the way she was treating me she said “I pretty much am the manager.” Refused to do the transfer, and said I could call back. (That action alone spoke louder than her words) Apparently her son Corey owns the shop. Honestly, I would never pay a business to treat me poorly, and if this is the way they are communicating with me when they want my business. I would hate to see how they communicate with their existing customers when they have an issue. I will be going somewhere else. I hope others are willing to as well to be treated with common courtesy.
