It was a Friday of a 3-day weekend, at 5 pm. Thirty-five minutes from our destination, we encountered a problem with our Dodge 2500. By chance, we found this very reliable and honest shop. We left the truck for a morning diagnostic and Ubered the rest of the way to our hotel. We were fully prepared to rent a car and leave the truck for the week so the shop could repair it. However, early Saturday morning, the mechanic called and said the wheel hubs and front suspension needed to be repaired. IF the mechanic could obtain parts, the truck would be done and ready to be picked up by 5 pm. It was done by 3:30 pm and at a VERY reasonable price. We can not express how grateful we were to have found My Mechanic Automotive. We hope this shop does well, and we are sad that they are not closer to us. Called with a concern about a strange noise my son's car was making. Went by and Mike took awesome care of us. He was polite, prompt, thorough and informative. He put oil in for us and wouldn't accept ANY payment. He just asked if we would bring the car back so his associate Jim could investigate further. Mike even put some plastic dust cover bolts in and refused to charge for them. Awesome to find such honest and helpful service. Thank you Mike and kudos to My Mechanic.

I'd give them 10 stars if I could!!! I I had the transmission go out in my 2005 Yukon and called around to a few places all of which wanted to give me the standard "Well, bring it in and we'll take it apart and we'll look first and then we'll give you a price".. I called Jim and he asked for make, Model, and VIN then order me a price right over the phone. Having already priced the parts online I knew he was giving me a fair deal. I agree I would bring it down to him he agreed to order the part and that was on Tuesday I have keys in hand with a perfectly running vehicle by Friday afternoon. Fast, Knowledgeable, Honest service at a great price!! Let's face it that is unheard of today, I'm still in shock! I have recommended them at least three times since then and plan to go back anytime one of my vehicles needs a service. Service: Transmission
