As a single woman, it's important to find a good, honest mechanic. Lael's International Auto Services is the perfect place for me. The office staff is also very knowledgeable. They've helped me with everything from which tires to buy, synthetic oil, alignment, to auto detailing and ceramic coating to make my car look it's best. I call Lael's whenever I have a question about my car. During my last visit, the mechanic even changed my clock to the correct time. I could hardly believe it. I spent $2200+ on repairs here and specifically asked that my car be completely fixed by the time I drive to Chicago. I had to take it back 2 days later and pay more out of pocket for more that needed to be fixed from what was previously fixed. Well now I’m sitting on the side of the road with my 3 month old baby and waiting on AAA… they had full authorization to get everything worked on. I also have receipts with proof that after the first $1000 I had to take it back because they didn’t get the issue fixed
