Fix Auto in Oceanside was easily the best part of having a car crash. My service advisor was Tina P and she communicated with us from start to finish. The car insurance company got us off to a painful start and the first 3 collision centers I met for estimates only increased my headache. Then when I met with Tina and she looked at my car with me and very knowledgeably explained what the repair timeline would look like. Once my car was dropped off for repairs, she called me regularly to provide updates. They also handled everything with the insurance company from there on, alleviating that headache for me.
