Overall great experience hands down. Renee and Brian are the only 2 I communicated with but HANDS DOWN TOP NOTCH! My vehicle looked as if nothing never happened. Kudos to this experience. I without a doubt will recommend anyone and everyone here.

This shop was hands down a 10/10 not one single issue everything was as promised heck they even worked with me on pricing,because insurance couldn’t cover all of the cost. I also liked that they did not Guarantee the time or anything he (Brian) just gave me an estimate but through it all I got my car back at the time he stated on the estimate and the work they did on my Lexus was phenomenal can’t even tell. Everything from the bumper trunk and back rear door lined up. Communication and understanding was a 10/10. I 100% recommend them…..

When I am leaving George Arth, I always tell them I hope never to see them again, and they smile and wave and say they'll be there if we need them. These friendly, competent folks are my go-to for the assorted scratches, scrapes, and dings provided by the roads (and drivers) of Oakland. Their body work has been impeccable, and (as important to me) their communication, too. They haven't always been able to deliver on the planned timeline, but they've been so diligent about letting me know immediately if a part is delayed or something that it's much easier to manage and plan my life around the hiccups. This experience is worlds apart from shops I've used in the past where I feel like I'm constantly calling for updates and still never get a straight answer, even days after my car was supposed to be done. This shop has earned my repeat business with their consistent performance. I still hope I never see them again, but I'm really glad they'll be there when we need them. ???? Service: Body
