It was small shop and had some scheduling issues. But after that the issues were handled very well, they communicated on the arrival of parts and day of pickup and executed perfectly. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
Very professional & helpful. Monica was amazing communicating with me about my vehicle while at caliber collision & Melvin as well...he made sure everything was taken care of with my insurance company & the rental car company making My experience a little easier, which I appreciated. He followed up on things like he said he would in a timely manner & had my car washed and ready for pick up looking perfect again when ready. This shop is very efficient & I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
