These guys are simply the best! To say I'm particular is little bit of an understatement. So when I had an accident in my car I needed a shop to preform a miracle for me to be ok with it. Brooks came through and always has for me over the years. They simply are the best repair shop and painters in the Bay Area. Can't speak highly enough about the results from this team. Five stars for Oakland Brooks Motor Cars! From the first moment I stepped into the office for my estimate, I was greeted with such friendliness and professionalism. After a run-in with a parking garage pillar, the rear right panel of our six-month old Tesla was quite damaged and I was feeling quite anxious. Frank immediately put my mind at ease and explained carefully what would need to be done; and reassured me that it would all be fine! Along the way, both Frank and Terry were extremely helpful and communicative, answering all of my questions about the estimates and dealing with insurance. Finally, I picked up the car on Friday, got to see Frank and Terry, and the car looks like new. They even cleaned it thoroughly inside and out. Brooks did an excellent job fixing my car. My points of contact were Fernando and Frank, who were readily available to address any of my questions and concerns. Generally, it can take some time for the process to be completed depending on extent of repair needed, but they'll make sure everything is done to OEM standards and flawlessly.
