My car got hit on Xmas eve and these folks got me in and taken care of in the same week. They’ve been super generous and kind. The detailing and care they put into fixing my mirror has been extraordinary.
We have been bringing our vehicles to Bay Auto Center for years. This last visit was particularly awesome. I called to see if they could fix a broken window, and the had me in the same day for the inspection and let me leave it there over the weekend so they could start first thing Monday (and I didn't have to make another trip down there). They finished ahead of schedule, washed my car inside and out, and gave me a discount for being a repeat customer. The shop is super clean, and the service is top-notch and highly communicative. Easy decision to go to this shop.
