Phong was fantastic!! I’m a travel nurse and was on my way to my next assignment, and my car engine died in Oakland. I found this place online, called phong, and he was able to get me in and start on my car literally 20 minutes later. I was on a time crunch to get to work, and he went to amazing efforts to finish my car by the end of the next day. He caught many things that I needed to fix that would have screwed me on my trip to work. He sent me pictures and updates the entire time. He saved me!! Thank you, Phong! We needed help with our camper and fast. We're traveling the country and needed to be on our way. Our trailer lost power. Owner said could get us in that week. I wanted to give them 5 stars but some of the internal communication needed work. The mechanics did not seem to know we were coming. And what I was told would take a couple hours took a day and a half. I think a lot of it was due to lack of communication. However. The work was above and beyond and the price was super reasonable. They were great and I would seek them out if I'm in the area again.
