Took our car in at 7:30 AM for a preset appointment. Per a shop technician to get a early start. The car wasn't checked until next day only to be advised they couldn't get to it until the following week. Some needed parts were already replaced per a previous authorized Star smog station report. The engine light was still on resulting for further investigation. The car was there 2 days. I was told delay was due to replaced parts. I had advised technician of prior work done and wanted system repair when making the appointment. Very disappointing!
Good service and price offering was of good value.
Robert needs to take anger manager classes, gets hot under the collar really quickly.. never again... Service: Auto maintenance
