I was happy. Got the tires I wanted. They were easy with scheduling me for installation. I had 4 new tires installed + alignment done on my work van.

The Jiffy Lube at this location DID NOT HONOR the CORPORATE $20 COUPON and LOST A LIFETIME CUTOMER ! GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE and AVOID Arguements over$5 .CROWNING THE CUSTOMER IS NOT THEIR GAME, TOO BAD, SO SAD.... uh DUH !A synthetic oil change ,turned into a PATHETIC EXPERIENCE for ME and MY SIGNIFICANT OTHER, GO TO PEP BOYS FOR UP FRONT PRICING AND COUNTRY WIDE GUARANTEED SERVICE or post a SIGN AT THIS INDEPENDENT OPERATOR STATING WE ARE AN INDEPENDENT AND DONT HONOR INTERNET $20 COUPONS, considering the COST of OPENING THIS LOCATION ,the MANAGEMENT/OWNER is specifically SHORT SIGHTED for ALL YOUR OIL CHANGE NEEDS, AND I HOPE YOU LIKE MY REVIEW ...????☹????

Went here after my tpms light came on driving home from work. Talk about customer service, these guys are great. I called on the phone, no appointment and asked what the wait looks like after 2 other places had 3+ hour waits. This place quoted 1-1.5hrs which was manageable for me. Instead upon arrival, they diagnosed my problem within 10mins (no nails, just tire pressures were off). They topped off my tires, has me on my way. Talk about customer service!! They have absolutely earned a customer next time I have any issue with any tire for me or my family’s cars. I would strongly recommend this location, just a great experience overall ????????
